HOW OUI BEGAN
Oui began with words. Before there was a studio, a team, or even the intention to build an agency, there was a fascination with communication, with why certain ideas stay with us, why some brands make us feel something, and why others disappear.
For founder and Creative Director Lodovica, that fascination became a career spanning copywriting, strategy, visual communication, and eventually social media. Along the way came a simple realisation: creativity could do more than make things beautiful. It could change how a business is seen, understood, and ultimately, how far it could go.
Oui grew from that idea.
What started as one person gradually became a studio bringing together people with different disciplines, perspectives, and strengths, built to create thoughtful work and help ambitious brands become impossible to overlook.
Today, Oui works across markets, while remaining intentionally independent and close to the work.

Oui was never built to become a traditional agency.
We believe the best creative work comes from talented people given the space to think, the freedom to work in ways that suit them, and the responsibility to deliver at a high standard.
That means staying curious. Keeping collaboration close. Questioning the obvious. Caring about the details. And knowing that flexibility and ambition are not opposites.
We’ve built Oui around the kind of environment we wanted to work in ourselves — one where good ideas matter more than hierarchy, and where growth never comes at the expense of the work.
